We strive for a safe and speedy delivery of every handcrafted piece. Please review our shipping standards below:

Carrier: We generally ship via USPS. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon ordering, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking number once your item is on its way.

Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are unable to offer refunds or re-shipments for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Custom Order Lead Times: Lead times for custom furniture and special requests are handled on an order-by-order basis. Please contact the shop to discuss your specific timeframe.

Delivery Disclaimer: While we take every precaution for safe transit, Kateryna Woodworks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

Returns & Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Because we work with natural materials, every piece of wood is unique with its own grain patterns and coloration.

Cancellations: Requested within 2 days of purchase.

Returns: We offer a 10-day return policy. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Custom Orders: Please note that bespoke furniture and custom-sized commissions are final sale.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the original packaging immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can help resolve the issue.
